Description
Marian Clara B Soundcard
Small form factor with top quality sound and craftsmanship make the Clara B ideal for mastering and broadcasting.
Available second quarter 2024.
Designed specifically for full-time operation in small desktop and server computers, this low-profile system delivers a useful mix of balanced analog and digital interfaces, sample rate converters, and configurable analog levels. The Clara B proves to be particularly versatile and reliable in professional environments such as broadcast and mastering.
Analog and digital excellence
With 128 dB dynamic range, the analog ports of the Clara B play in the top league of sound. The 32-bit AD/DA converters within a finely tuned analog circuit offer unsurpassed sonic pleasure. A high level of up to +24 dBu provides sufficient headroom at the inputs and sufficient signal at the outputs for any connected device.
Switchable Samplerate Converter (SRC)
The SRCs, which can be switched on via software, allow any digital input signal to be fed into the sound system regardless of samplerate and clock settings. Thus, even without separate synchronization lines, any digital devices may be connected effortlessly.
Sound system with a +
The “+” version includes an extension that adds a word clock input and output and 2 MIDI inputs and outputs to the sound system. This expansion card is connected to the sound card via a ribbon cable and can therefore be freely positioned in one of the slots of the computer housing.
Fast and Reliable Multi-Client Driver Suite
The continuously enhanced driver includes multi-client support for ASIO 2.2 as well as multi-channel WDM audio / WASAPI with the lowest latencies in all software environments. This ensures that multiple audio applications can access the sound system simultaneously via the same or different driver interfaces.
