Description
Inovonics 650 AARON FM Rebroadcast Receiver Backup Player
The Aaron 650 is Inovonics’ is a completely new FM rebroadcast/ transmit and receiver, built in one cabinet. The AARON 650 success fully features with equal retransmission performance, it is not comparable to a consumer tuner.
AARON operates in a composite or composite regeneration mode. Composite pass through eliminates transmission delay and composite regeneration offers the ability to completely reconstruct your baseband signal, even modifying RDS messages before rebroadcasting.
The rear panel offers dual antenna inputs, dual composite outputs, balanced analog and AES digital audio outputs, and IP remote access. Rear panel and self-logging alarms continuously monitor for Audio Loss, RF Loss and RDS Loss (or ‘hijacking’). Online notifications allow staff via email or immediate text messages when any of the alarms are identified. The front panel shows left and right audio metering, local LED alarms and has an LCD screen with jog wheel for intensive control and editing of all audio parameters. Failover audio backup is provided via an SD card on the front panel or via web stream, if your signal is lost the backup will be managed automatically.
The AARON 650 l’s “responsive” web interface enables device control from your PC, tablet or smartphone, and reliable 2-way connectivity is assured with built-in Dynamic DNS utilities. Advanced off-air measurement functions include an FM BandScanner and FFT of the MPX area. Reception wide, automatic mixing and many other receiver parameters are controlled via manual or automatic audio Processor.
