Angry Audio Studio Signal Light Gadget

So you bought that cool on-air light.. . How do you power and control it? A smart guy like you could easily put your own power supply and a few relays on a breadboard. Honestly, that sounds like a fun weekend project (if you didn’t have 10×43 other projects on your to-do list). We invented the Studio Signal Light Gadget to solve this problem. Simply plug your on-air indicator or light into the Studio Signal Light Gadget , flip a few switches on the front panel, plug in your logic trigger connections, and you’re good to go. Controls on the front, connections on the back; it’s as easy as making instant noodles, but with significantly less sodium.

The Angry Audio Studio Signal Light Gadget has five LED drivers to illuminate up to five different light segments. The front panel has LEDs that correspond to the segment colors; The adjacent switch allows you to automatically activate the lights via the GPI connections on the rear panel, or you can activate them manually if you prefer. The Gadget can control all five models of Studio Signal Lights; for smaller on-air lights, simply ignore the unused control sections. On the rear panel, each segment has its own RJ45 for GPI. This makes it easy to use different devices to control different segments. Additionally, the RJ45 marked “ALL” can control all five segments with one connection (handy if you want to control all your lights with one device). The drivers are all connected to a single RJ45 port, which exactly matches the RJ45 port on the Studio Signal Light Gadget. All you need is a CAT5 patch cable to connect the light and the Gadget.
